We're thrilled to announce our first Raleigh location opening at Seaboard Station in early 2026! Our 4,700-square-foot space at 807 Halifax Street will feature a large outdoor patio and our signature eclectic atmosphere tailored specifically to the Raleigh community.

Owner Graham Worth has partnered with Hood Architecture to thoughtfully renovate the existing building while preserving its character—creating a space that feels both familiar to Common Market regulars and uniquely Raleigh. As with all our locations, we'll design the Seaboard Station spot to become the neighborhood's "living room," leaving 20% of our offerings to be determined by you, our new neighbors.
